Happiness is a great thing, it can improve your relationship with the people around you. However, everything must have a balance. If you are always happy then you won’t be as grateful when good things happy to you later in life. Its not realistic to expect that you will always be happy, there has to be times where you must go through hard times and through those hard times it will make you a better person and you will learn from it. From those hard times, you will throughly appreciate and be grateful for what you have in life and then you realize that happiness isn’t a material thing but it comes from the heart.

Success is not a bad thing, our country was built through determine and wanting to be successful. However, when you want something so much that it hurts your relationship with the people around and especially people that love you, then that is bad and unhealthy. You should strive to achieve great things in your life, but there has to be a healthy balance to it. Happiness in the other hand is being satisfied with you have in life no matter how small or how simple it is. It is finding happiness in everyday things that other people take for granted and appreciating that you are alive, while other people in this world are suffering from illness and other diseases.

We all have experienced a person who is always is in a bad mood and constantly complains about everything. By just being near that person, our mood can change too and in a negative way. We can become just like them and constantly be in a bad mood. However the same thing can happen if a person is always in a cheerful and happy mood. That person can positively affected someone who is having a bad day and make them feel better about themselves. Being happy is contagious and we should all try to be more cheerful and positive in our lives because you never know how our attitude can improve someone’s day or even outlook on life.
